This English-speaking CBT group is designed for adults who experience difficulties with relationships, ADHD, depression, complex PTSD, social anxiety, or low self-esteem. It is suitable for people who struggle to find a partner, have little or no relationship experience, repeatedly experience rejection, or find it difficult to build and maintain close, satisfying relationships.
Together, we explore how past experiences, attachment patterns, and emotional difficulties influence the way we relate to ourselves and others. Using evidence-based CBT techniques and the unique benefits of group therapy, participants develop practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, assertiveness, self-confidence, and healthier relationships. The group provides a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where members can practice new ways of connecting with others, receive constructive feedback, and build meaningful, lasting interpersonal relationships.
