Anxiety and Relationship Trauma Therapy Group
This cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) group is designed for adults struggling with anxiety, panic, social anxiety, or the lasting effects of painful or traumatic relationship experiences. Many people find that anxiety and relationship difficulties are closely connected, affecting self-confidence, trust, emotional well-being, and daily life. The group provides a safe and supportive environment to understand these patterns and develop healthier ways of coping.
Together, we work on reducing anxiety, overcoming avoidance, improving emotional regulation, and building self-confidence using evidence-based CBT techniques. At the same time, the group offers an opportunity to explore relationship patterns, strengthen interpersonal skills, and process the impact of past relationship trauma in a supportive setting.
Group therapy is more than talking about problems—it is a place to experience new ways of relating to others. Through feedback, shared experiences, and mutual support, participants can develop greater confidence, healthier relationships, and lasting emotional resilience.
